Bradley
Arellano.

I’m building Envision Fitness around a simple belief: people make better progress when their training, nutrition, running, recovery, and real life finally work together.

WHY I BUILT ENVISION

Fitness gave me the vision. The gaps gave me the mission.

My own health and fitness life never existed in one clean place. Strength workouts lived in one system, runs in another, nutrition somewhere else, and progress was reduced to isolated numbers that rarely explained what was actually happening.

Envision is my answer to that problem. I’m building the product I wanted to use: one premium experience that respects the work a person is already doing, understands the connection between every signal, and turns that information into a clear next step.

“The goal is not to give people more data. It is to help them understand themselves well enough to keep moving forward.”

HOW I THINK ABOUT FITNESS

Build the person—not just the program.

Progress should improve performance, confidence, health, and the ability to keep showing up.
01

Strength with purpose

Every exercise, set, and progression should connect to the outcome you are actually chasing.

02

Nutrition that fits real life

Food guidance should be understandable, sustainable, and adaptable to the way a person really eats.

03

Running that develops

Pace, distance, recovery, and consistency tell a story. Training should respond to that story.

04

Coaching with context

A strong recommendation considers schedule, equipment, experience, recovery, preferences, and progress together.

THE APPROACH

Evidence, experience, and a plan you can live with.

01

Understand the full picture

Training, nutrition, running, recovery, and real-life constraints belong in the same conversation.

02

Build for the individual

The right plan is the one that fits your goal, equipment, schedule, experience, and current performance.

03

Adjust from evidence

Progress guides the next change. Every recommendation should have a clear reason behind it.

BUILDING IN PUBLIC

Founder vision. Athlete perspective. Product obsession.

I’m involved in Envision from the training experience and intelligence system to the smallest interaction on screen. The standard is simple: it should be useful enough for a serious athlete, clear enough for someone just beginning, and personal enough that both feel understood.
