Delete your account.

You can start permanent deletion directly inside Envision or contact us if you cannot sign in.

Fastest method: use the app

  1. Open Envision Fitness and sign in.
  2. Open More, select your profile, and scroll to account controls.
  3. Tap Delete Account, review the warning, and confirm Start Deletion.

Your account is disabled immediately and deletion is completed within 30 days.

If you cannot access the app

Email the address below from the same email used for your Envision account. Use the subject “Delete my Envision account.” We may request a limited identity check to prevent someone else from deleting your account.

What is deleted

Your authentication account, profile, goals, health and fitness records stored by Envision, nutrition logs, workout history, progress photos, coaching history, messages, connected-service tokens, and personalization data are deleted or de-identified. Limited purchase, payout, fraud-prevention, tax, dispute, and legal records may be retained when required.

Subscriptions

Deleting your account does not cancel Apple App Store or Google Play billing. Cancel the subscription in your device’s subscription settings. Trainer marketplace subscriptions are managed through the payment-provider controls shown in Envision.
