Your health data
belongs to you.

This policy explains what Envision Fitness collects, why it is needed, how it is protected, and how you can delete it.

The short version

Envision uses your information to provide training, nutrition, running, recovery, progress, and coaching features. We do not sell personal information or health data, and we do not use health data for third-party advertising.

Information you provide

  • Account and profile details such as name, email, age, sex, height, goals, preferences, gym profiles, and availability.
  • Training, nutrition, water, weight, body-composition, recovery, military-fitness, and running entries.
  • Progress photos, profile images, trainer applications, trainer-client messages, feedback, and coaching approvals.
  • Purchase, referral, and subscription status. Apple, Google, and Stripe process payment credentials; Envision does not store full card numbers.

Connected health and device data

With your permission, Envision may read selected Apple Health or Android Health Connect data, including workouts, activity, steps, energy, heart rate, sleep, body measurements, routes, and related fitness metrics. Envision may write workouts you complete in the app back to those services. You can change these permissions in your device settings.

Health and fitness data is used for app functionality and personalized insights. It is not sold, used for advertising, or shared with data brokers.

Location, camera, and photos

Precise location is used when you record or import route-based activities and when you choose nearby-gym or restaurant features. Camera access supports barcode and receipt scanning. Photo-library access lets you choose profile and progress photos. Private progress photos are only shown to people you explicitly authorize, such as an accepted trainer.

How information is used

  • Operate, synchronize, secure, and troubleshoot Envision.
  • Calculate goals, trends, readiness, workout history, nutrition guidance, and Envision Intelligence suggestions.
  • Enable trainer applications, approved trainer collaboration, subscriptions, referrals, and support.
  • Prevent fraud, duplicate accounts, unsafe access, and abuse.
  • Meet legal, accounting, app-store, and security obligations.

Service providers and sharing

Data may be processed by vendors that operate Envision, including Firebase/Google Cloud for authentication and storage, Apple Health, Android Health Connect, Apple and Google for subscriptions, Stripe for trainer marketplace payments, and user-selected connected services such as Withings. Each provider receives only what is needed for its role. We may disclose information when legally required or to prevent serious harm, fraud, or abuse.

Security and retention

Envision uses authenticated access, encrypted transport, platform permission controls, scoped cloud rules, secret management, and role-based trainer/business access. No system is risk-free. Account data is retained while your account is active and as required for legitimate security, tax, dispute, and legal purposes. Deletion requests are completed within 30 days unless a longer period is legally required; limited transaction records may be retained where law requires.

Your choices

You may review or update profile information in the app, revoke health/location/photo permissions in device settings, disconnect supported services, export information by contacting us, or start deletion from Profile → Delete Account.
