CLEAR EXPECTATIONS. REAL CONTROL.

Terms of use.

These terms govern Envision Fitness accounts, subscriptions, coaching, and marketplace features.

Effective August 4, 2026

Using Envision

You must be at least 16, provide accurate account information, protect your credentials, and use the service lawfully. You are responsible for entries, goals, training choices, and content you share. Do not misuse the service, impersonate others, interfere with security, scrape private information, or upload unlawful or harmful content.

Fitness and wellness—not medical care

Envision provides educational fitness and wellness information and personalized estimates. It is not a medical device, emergency service, diagnosis, or substitute for professional care. Exercise and nutrition involve risk. Stop and seek qualified help for pain, faintness, injury, pregnancy-related concerns, eating-disorder concerns, or other medical issues.

Membership subscriptions

Envision Membership is offered through Apple App Store or Google Play at the price shown before purchase. A one-month introductory trial may be offered to eligible new subscribers. Unless cancelled at least 24 hours before renewal, the subscription automatically renews and your store account is charged. Manage or cancel through your Apple or Google subscription settings. Deleting Envision does not automatically cancel a store subscription.

Referral rewards are subject to eligibility, fraud checks, store capabilities, and the terms shown in the app. A person may earn the stated five-referral reward once.

Trainers and marketplace payments

Independent trainers set their offerings, availability, and prices. Trainer services are separate from the Envision consumer membership. Envision may collect a disclosed 10% platform fee from trainer payments. Stripe processes marketplace payments and payouts. Trainers are responsible for credentials, professional scope, taxes, client safety, and legal compliance. Envision Intelligence may assist, but the trainer remains responsible for human decisions.

Your content and permissions

You retain ownership of content you provide. You grant Envision the limited permission needed to store, process, display, back up, and transmit it to operate features you request. You must have rights to content you upload. You control whether an accepted trainer may view shared progress information and photos.

Envision content

The Envision name, interface, software, graphics, and original content are protected. You receive a personal, limited, revocable, non-transferable license to use the app. Restaurant names, device platforms, and third-party services remain the property of their respective owners; their appearance does not imply sponsorship.

Availability and changes

We work to keep Envision accurate and available, but connected services, device readings, food databases, routes, prices, and AI outputs can be delayed or wrong. Verify important information. Features may change to improve safety, reliability, or legal compliance. Material term changes will be communicated as required.

Account suspension and deletion

We may restrict accounts involved in fraud, abuse, security threats, unlawful conduct, or material violations. You may initiate account deletion in the app or at the page below. Some transaction or legal records may be retained where required.
